The Well Care Fitness Program, offered at each of our locations, is a supervised, post-rehabilitation injury prevention program designed to help you maintain an active and healthy lifestyle once you are discharged from physical or occupational therapy services.

Enrollment in our Well Care Program facilitates post-rehab injury prevention, and includes:

• Continued use of our state-of-the art facilities, including free weights, stationary bicycles and elliptical machines, to assist with post-rehab injury management.
• A customized injury prevention training program, designed by our professional staff of strength and conditioning specialists and exercise physiologists.
• Access to knowledgeable and friendly staff members who are always available to answer questions regarding your post-rehab training and exercise program.
