Medical Insurance
For the benefit of our full-time employees, Professional SportsCare & Rehab offers a medical insurance plan. The cost of the medical plan is partially paid by the employee by payroll deduction. Coverage for salaried employees begins on the first of the month following the date of hire.
Coverage for an eligible employee's spouse and/or dependent children is also available. Payroll deductions are made to cover the cost of additional spouse and/or dependent insurance coverage purchased by the employee.
Upon eligibility, employees will receive further information detailing the health insurance plan.
Dental Insurance
For the benefit of our full-time employees, Professional SportsCare & Rehab also offers an employee-sponsored dental insurance plan. The cost of the plan is paid entirely by the employee through payroll deduction. Coverage for salaried employees begins on the first of the month following the date of hire.

401(k) Retirement Benefits
Eligibility: One (1) Year And 1,000 Hours
* Professional SportsCare & Rehab intends to initiate a 401(k)/profit-sharing plan in 2007.
Liability Insurance
Professional liability insurance is maintained by Professional SportsCare & Rehab and provides coverage for all Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Certified Athletic Trainers. This is a group policy which provides blanket coverage for the clinic as well as the insured employees.
Vacation
Professional SportsCare & Rehab offers the following vacation benefit schedule:
All Full-Time Therapists and Therapist Assistants:
- Two weeks of vacation commencing after 90-day probationary period
- Three weeks of vacation commencing at the beginning of year two
Full-Time Athletic Trainers:
- One week of vacation commencing after 90-day probationary period
- Two weeks of vacation commencing at the beginning of year two
Full-Time Front Office Staff:
- One week of vacation commencing after 90-day probationary period
- Two weeks of vacation commencing at the beginning of year three
Paid Holidays
Professional SportsCare & Rehab recognizes the following national holidays as paid holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Sick Leave
Professional SportsCare & Rehab grants all regular and full-time employees two days of sick leave each year. Sick leave does not accrue from year to year. If an eligible employee must be absent from work for illness but has used all of the allotted sick days, the employee may use vacation time if available.
Continuing Education
The company sponsors annual in-house continuing education programs to all full-time employees at no cost. In addition, we offer full-time Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers a $500 reimbursement annually toward approved continuing education courses and expenses.
