Director of Sports Rehabilitation & Clinic Director
David Benzing, MPT, ATC
David Benzing is Maryland SportsCare & Rehab's director of sports rehabilitation, a position that requires him to oversee all capacities of athletic rehabilitation programs. He is also clinic director of the Westminster location which requires him to oversee all aspects of clinic operations. David has been a practicing clinician for over fifteen years and specializes in total joint replacement and sports medicine.
David earned his master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore and a bachelor of science degree in biology from Salisbury State University. He is also a certified athletic trainer and a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.
David also works with athletic programs at Western Maryland College, McDaniel College and Baltimore City Community College where he provides rehabilitation, pre-game routines and sideline coverage for all sports.
